Add Omnipresent to Hulk's superpowers

I just finished reading an interesting post on "Forum Benfica" Blog
Basically it reveals how porto's Hulk has played for 3 clubs this year.
According to FPF's and FIFA's regulations a player can only be signed by 3 clubs between July 1st and June 30th of the following year, but can only play for 2 of them.
According to the post Hulk has played for 3 clubs this year
March 15th - Kawasaki Fontale
Here's his info
April 6th - Tokyo Verdi
and he has played twice for Porto this year.

If you recall, the FPF and the LPFP had 2 recent cases in their hands that are very similar to this one. Namely the "Caso Mateus" and "Caso Meyong", in which both teams were penalized with the loss of points, in games in which the players were used.

*****UPDATE***
Apparently the news ran rampant yesterday and Record ran an article this morning explaining that Hulk's acquisition is legal, reason being, the timing of the J-League. If a league has a different calendar, meaning different start, than the one the player is coming to, then there is an exception to the the rule.
The J-league starts in March and ends in November. In 2010 the J-league will run paralell with the European leagues.

-END-
