I just read on a few Blogs that Simao is on the way to porto..
In a deal that will involve Lucho.

I don't believe it, but hey crazier shit has happened. Regardless, he's not a Benfica player so doesn't really involve us other than emotionally. We just have to support what we have... I don't know why, but this year reminds me of Trap's season...

I don't know either man, but it's like you have said, crazier shit has happened. I believe in this year's team and especially in Quique's work. Our squad shows a significant improvement in my opinion, although we are still missing a "10" even if it's to back up Martins, and a right back. Sure a forward could be helpful, but for us to get one that is not a well known mobile forward, seems to me, to be a waste. The Squad is definitely stronger, and with adaptation years behind key players like Cardozo, Adu, DiMaria, it should provide for an interesting season. I also, have great hopes for this season, but don't we always? It's still too early, let's give the man some room to work, close up the squad, and limit access to the media, so we don't have stories like today's CM popping up.
I'm hopping to be at Estadio Da Luz on the the 9th of August for the official introduction of the team.

You and me both. :) At first i didn't knew if i could go for sure but the things that happened in the last few days left me with high hopes that i could. One thing i can say for sure (well, 99.99% anyway): i will be there at the game with fcporto in the 2nd game of the season. :D
