First Week of Pre-Season Schedule unveiled

Benfica has unveiled the schedule for their first week of their 08/09 pre-season, as well as the friendly matches already confirmed.


7/8/08

9.30am - Pre-Season physicals – Caixa Futebol Campus

1.00pm - Press Conference: Coach Quique Sanches Flores
1.15pm - Press Conference: Player to be determined
5.45pm - Official unveiling of the 08/09 team uniforms,
Players chosen to demonstrate: Moreira, Di Maria, Fábio Coentrão, Makukula, Ruben Amorim.

7/9/08 – Estádio da Luz

9H00 – Continuation of pre-season medical exams

12.30pm – Press conference: Paco Ayesteran (Assistant Coach)
12.45pm – Press Conference: Player too be determined


7/10/08 Caixa Futebol Campus

10.00am - Training session open to the public and to the press

12.45pm – Press Conference: Player to be determined

7/11/08 Caixa Futebol Campus

10.00am - Training session. First 15 minutes open to the media.

12.45pm - Press Conference: Player to be determined


7/12/08 Caixa Futebol Campus

10.00am – Training session. Open to the press and general public.

7/13/08 Caixa Futebol Campus

10.00am – Training session. Open to the press and general public.

Benfica training camp will take place during the last week of July and the first week of August.
