After Thoughts - Setubal v Benfica

Welcome to After Thoughts.
Each week I will post my reaction and opinion after each game.

I'll start off by saying that the incident that happened on the pitch was intolerable and Camacho did the right thing by sending both players off. I've seen team mates get angry over a busted assignment and I know that arguments will happen, but not to the extent at which Luisao and Katso took it. They are paid professionals. It sends a message to paying fans, members and the organization that there is no cohesiveness within the dressing room.
My friends what we are witnessing is a lack of leadership and comradere. I watch this Benfica and I do not see a team playing for each other, but professionals that are thrown together on the pitch and are expected to win week in and week out. How can this be fixed?! Simple, it starts and ends with one man, Jose Antonio Camacho. I know this is not the personell that he would like to have inherited, but this is his team. As manager of Benfica, the product on the field is a reflection of the training and discipline that he instills. He is the commander and they are his troops. Has he lost the dressing room?! Did he ever have control of the dressing room?! These are the questions that are now being asked by Benfiquistas.

Why?Why?Why?
Do we not play in a 4-4-2 formation. I know this has been asked before, but I'm starting to look at the reasons. One thing that keeps coming to mind is Rui Costa(I know I'm going to hear it from all of you=). His position in the middle is costing us that second attacking option. Cardozo does not have the skill to play as a lone striker, if he did he would've been sold to a team in a "bigger" league. Does Camacho feel like he is obligated to play el maestro? Is he afraid that Rui Costa cannot be productive in the 4-4-2 formation? because if he does not see that there is more production from the 4-4-2 than his 4-2-3-1, we will not succeed in any of the competitions.
