Cardozo out at least 2 weeks

The Benfica clinical department reported today that Cardozo will be out of action for at least 2 weeks. Cardozo was the victim of a very ugly tackle by Ricardo Silva this past Sunday, and suffers from a severe high left ankle sprain. The Paraguay international was scratched off his national team's call up squad, who is going to be playing a double round for World Cup qualifying matches. Two weeks would make Cardozo unavailable for the next Bwin game against Academica, as well as the decisive clash against Milan for the Champions League. Let's hope that he recuperates in time for the FC Porto match.
Well wishes for Cardozo.

He will get better! I have a feeling that he will in time for the game with FCPorto, and when he returns from his injury, he will be so "hungry for goals" that he might score 2 or 3 goals. I also have hope that Petit will also recover in time to play in that game.

That's just "my two cents". :P
